Why We Built This Site
Nevada makes many government records available, but no one portal contains the full Churchill County history of an arrest or case. The county government directory routes readers to the Sheriff's Office, courts, and other departments, while the official office directory identifies elected county offices. The Sheriff's Office holds incident, booking, detention, and releasable warrant information. The Tenth Judicial District Court, Churchill County Justice Court, and Fallon Municipal Court each maintain their own case files. A subject's fingerprint-linked statewide record comes from the Nevada State Police Records, Communications and Compliance Division, Records Bureau. The Nevada Department of Corrections and Nevada Sex Offender Registry Website answer still different questions. This resource brings the official contacts, fees, request steps, and access limits into one clear route.

This is a privately run reference site, not part of Churchill County or the State of Nevada. It has no authority over a court, law-enforcement agency, or state repository. Those limits matter:

- We cannot submit a sealing petition, public-record request, or court filing on a visitor's behalf
- We cannot give legal advice about a charge, warrant, sentence, or sealing question
- We cannot promise that an agency's fee, phone number, or counter procedure has not changed
Only the Churchill County Sheriff, the proper court clerk, or the Nevada State Police Records Bureau can issue the official record it maintains.
